- Returns Policy
- We carefully select our products and hope you will be happy with your purchase; however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.
For any returns enquiries, call us on 01427 666 025 or email us at returns@weddingtimeuk.com. We will endeavour to get back in touch with you within 1 working day
- Unwanted Item/s
- There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just simply notify WeddingTimeUK by telephone or e-mail returns@weddingtimeuk.com within 28 days of receipt, In the scenario that this is not actioned, we shall not be able to process your return. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our warehouse. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers.
- Please note however, that all returned goods must be in the original packaging, in a full unused and saleable condition.
- Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit within at least 2 weeks. Please note no refunds will be given for any delivery charges incurred when placing an order or returning unwanted goods.
- Faulty Item/s
- Please notify our customer service team within the first 7 working days from receipt of your order with regards to any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from WeddingTimeUK.com.
- Change Of Heart
- We appreciate that you may have a change of heart when purchasing, however, there are a few pointers that we would like to mention before you call us.
- Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this does also include the product packaging and instructions etc.)
- If there are any incomplete items returned to us, we will not be able to refund you. You will be held responsible for any other charges provided to you in connection with your order, for example, delivery charge.
- Please notify us within 28 days from receipt of your order by contacting WeddingTimeUK by either telephone or e-mail.
- Items Lost When Returning
- Please note that for any items returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
- Refunds And Replacements
- Refunds for items returned to us within the 28 days of receipt of your order will be processed within at least 2 weeks. Any replacement items required against a return will not be sent out until we receive the original goods back.
- However, if you wish to receive any replacement items as a matter of urgency, a further order can be placed as normal online (usual delivery charges apply). The refund will be credited to the card account used for the original purchase.
- Personalisation of Products
- No refund or exchanges will be given on items made to your specification.
- Non Returnable Goods
- For hygiene reasons we cannot allow or accept returns of costumes, hats & body jewellery.
